California Proposition 65 — Consumer Product Warning

California’s Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings to consumers in California about potential exposure to certain chemicals. These substances are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
